Do you have GSA Contract / NSN Numbers for your products?

We sell to the military on P-Cards but currently do not have a GSA contract or NSN # on our products.

Do you offer discounts for Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, etc?

Yes. All of the above. We offer a discount for Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Industry Professionals, as well as certain Government Employees. Please email a copy of your ID or send an email from your official email address to info@realavid.com

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. 

I just bought the Master Cleaning Station and can’t find the storage bag that comes with it?

The storage bag is located in the packaging.  There is a triangle-shaped box which has the storage bag within it.

Part of one of my tools broke or is missing, what can I do?

Please send us an email at info@realavid.com with pictures of the broken pieces/tool and your full mailing address and we'll take care of it. You can also click here and fill out our simple online form.

Are your products made in the USA?

Our products are invented, designed and engineered in Minneapolis, Minnesota and are contract manufactured overseas. Our sales, marketing, warehouse operations and administrative functions are all based out of our office in Minneapolis.

Will the AR15 Tool Work with AR15 Pistol?
