How do I access the Real Avid Elite Rewards Program?
Order history from 2020 forward will be used to set up your account level in Real Avid Elite. Guest checkout, new accounts and existing accounts will be included in the program roll out.
If you checked out as a guest, you can still get your points! Just use the email you used at checkout and register your account within 30 days of your purchase to retain your points. Your point total will be calculated when you log in or register an account and you’ll be part of the Real Avid Elite Rewards Program.
If you have an account on RealAvid.com on RealAvid.com, you’re automatically a part of Real Avid Elite. Just login to your account as you normally would.
If you are new to RealAvid.com you can register an account and you’ll be part of the Real Avid Elite Rewards Program.
What do the different point statuses mean?
Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
Lifetime Points: Total number of points earned since the program began.
How do I earn points?
Making purchases: Earn points for every dollar spent on RealAvid.com. Some exclusions apply.
Celebrating your birthday: Receive birthday points every year. Enter your birthday in the Earn Points section of your dashboard.
Referring friends: Earn points for every friend who signs up through your referral.
Special promotions: Look out for exclusive opportunities to earn additional points.
How are points calculated on purchases?
For every $1 you spend on products, you earn 10 points.
This does not include taxes or shipping fees.

Our base conversion for points is $5 for 1,000 points.
When you choose your rewards they will typically be issued as a coupon on a future order.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Simply login to your account and visit the Real Avid Elite Rewards page. Select the reward you're interested in, and follow the instructions to redeem your points. Most rewards convert your points into coupons for use on future orders.
Can I redeem my points for cash or a check?
No. Points are redeemable for coupons or rewards offered within the program for use on RealAvid.com only.

Do my points expire?
No, points do not expire. Come back and redeem your points for rewards at any point in time.
Your points and your rewards level are yours for the life of the program. You can only go up.
Certain rewards may only be available to redeem as limited time offers.
Can I transfer points? What if I have multiple accounts?
Points are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the member and registered account who earned them.
Each email address registered will have their own specific account and point balance.
You cannot transfer between accounts.
What happens if I return a purchase that I earned points on?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your total points earned and overall point balance.
Can I get my points back if I return an item I purchased with points?
