Fantastic tool. Much weightier than it appears in the pictures. Sets into small vices sturdily with little or no play with the correct tension using the featured red expansion knob at the bottom of the block. Given the price point I couldn’t have been more happy with this tool.

I bought this kit for my Armalite AR10. The block with sleeve worked perfectly. My only issue was with the little piece that holds the upper to the lower (they call it a pivot lock) so that you can open the action and work on the barrel. The hole on that pivot lock was so small that the rear take down pin that holds the upper and lower receiver together would not fit through it. I had to dremel out the hole to make it an adequate size for the take down pin to go through it. Other than that, great purchase and I recommend.

Pretty nice! My AR has a skeletonized well, so I'm not that confident it's the best choice for my particular rifle for torquing the castle nut, but it'll definitely work for installing triggers! My only complaint is the thing that holds the upper and lower at an angle is really tight and difficult to remove from the takedown pin, and I have to use a punch and persuader to kick the pin back out. Still, solid and great quality!
