DEFECTIVE/FLAWED REAL AVID PRODUCTS:

Please return or exchange products to the original place of purchase. If you are unable to return or exchange your product to the original place of purchase contact Real Avid customer service at info@realavid.com or toll free at 800.286.0567.

RETURNING PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH REALAVID.COM:

Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include your order number with the return. Email info@realavid.com to notify us of your return.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, a full refund, less shipping costs, of the price of the item will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days of receiving your authorized return.

Shipping Costs:
